Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order total. Orders over €99 qualify for free standard shipping within eligible regions.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to most countries across Europe, the UK, and North America. Worldwide delivery may be available for select products — please check availability at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

Multiple Addresses

We’re unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We can deliver to PO Boxes in some regions; however, certain couriers may require a physical address. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses.

Taxes & Duties

All prices are displayed in Euro (€). Orders within the EU include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, local customs duties or import taxes may apply — these are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
